How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch orders on the next working day after an order is received but ask you to allow 2 business days for some orders to be dispatched. Once dispatched, we will send an email with the tracking number for the parcel. Domestic orders (within Australia) will take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days and up to 10 business days to arrive if you’re regional. 

 

How can I track my order?

When your order has left the studio, we will send you a dispatch notification with the tracking information. Please email hello@suukha.com.au if you haven't received a tracking information after two business days from purchase.

Can I collect from the Balgowlah Studio?
We’d love you to! We’re at 453 Sydney road Balgowlah. Simply select this option at checkout.
